I referred my fiance to Advana Dental to get a root canal. He went to the initial visit and mentioned the staff was friendly but the Dr was very unprofessional. He reluctantly put a deposit down for the procedure -- seeing as how the Dr pushed Tylenol 3 at the issue and said see ya next month!
I am a new client with Advana. I chose them due to their convenient hours and also they accepted my dental insurance. I arrived early knowing I would need to fill out paperwork and the front staff greeted me quickly as I entered the waiting area. Everything seemed very clean from reception to the treatment area. Since I was new, my first visit was a consult and radiographs. I made a follow up appointment for my cleaning and to fix a few cavities. Everyone was very nice and professional. Based upon my initial visit, I would recommend Advana on Soncy.
When the day finally arrived he was taken back to a room to await treatment. The Dr came into the room stating he was unable to do the procedure and that he should have received a referral to a specialist THE LAST TIME he was there! A MONTH AGO
So far so good. Everyone is very professionally and courteous. Work with my schedule, their hours are great! I think I'm in good hands.

SERIOUSLY!! He has been waiting for this appointment for OVER A MONTH for the Dr to drop the ball and say OOPS!! The Dr pushed the blame onto the staff and had no regard for my Fiances time lost at work or inconvenience. I WILL NEVER AGAIN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
