This place is a joke, no gloves on the assistant, while in my 80 year old Grandma's mouth!! I am livid, the exam room was dirty!! I have never seen anything like this, 3 adjustment on dentures, they don't listen to her !! They are rude as all get out!! I pretty sure I will make a report to TDRL!!!
Dr Koen and Sherwood Dental in Amarillo Tx did a very quick repair job on my sweet mother-in-laws dentures. She broke a tooth off the bottom denture plate while she was in the hospital. They had it fixed the same day that we brought it in. YAY! Mother-in-law only missed one meal. Thank you to everyone.
The ladies up front were very helpful. Also the assistants were amazing. The Dr was great. I think it's an amazing place to go. I'd Shorewood to all of my family and friends.
Called for a denture repair. Rude receptionist informed me for denture repair I had to be at office at 8:15 AM. I called at 8:30 AM, the time indicated as their opening time. The broken denture was bought from them only 3 years ago, and broke while eating soft food. Called another dentist, got an appointment the same day, and was treated politely.
The staff are great. The assistants and the front office are great. They know just what to do for you. I didn't even have to ask they took care of me like I was a family member. They are very caring people. I would have anyone in my family go there and have any kind of work done.
