Amazing people very clean super sweet with my son!!
I loved Dr. Metcalf. He was very friendly and caring. He was gentle with my daughter. She liked him. Then we had a situation. My daughter had some stuff going on that will eventually need surgery when all her teeth come in. I know that is a long time...but we don't understand why we are waiting that long and we had a lot of questions. My husband took off work to go with me so we could ask questions. They refused to let us both in. We work together to raise our daughter, not separately. How do you not let both parents in when they are there. Other patients had the option of both parents going. The nurse asked if the patient before us was going with mom and dad ...he said just mom dad is staying with my brother. I don't understand this. I do not recommend him. When we offered to find a new dentist over it, the nurse said ok. She was very uncooperative and not understanding at all and on top of everything we felt she was very rude! We will be contacting the BBB. I understand rules, but I also think there are situations for exceptions.
