Two stars because the doctors are amazing, but the people you have to deal with when you call in are horrible... Heaven forbid you have an emergency in your family and need to reschedule, but I'm suppose to be super accommodating if they need to reschedule my appointment... If you don't believe in customer service do not answer the phone, you are making the office (and the doctors are great) look bad...
