They treat us great here at Buttons & Bows they get our vans in and out as soon as possible so we are still able to pick our children up from school and have them for field trips and etc. We have never had any type of problems with these guys at all...... Use them all the time
We were passing through Amarillo when we had a bearing go bad. It was closing time but Young's Automotive was able to fit us in first thing the next morning. Their service was fast and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately at one time Young's was about the best garage in the region. This is apparently no longer the case. About two years ago i had to take my daughters car there because it wouldn't start.They charged us three hundred dollars. The car didn't make it home. We called to have it towed. They refused and told us the car ran fine when we brought it in. They had only changed the rubber weight on the harmonic balancer. At this point i was finished with them. My dad however gave them another chance.Four months after they charged him 400$ to diagnose his truck. Fourteen claims it was next and one statement that they were currently working on it later. I finally had to pick up the untouched truck. We were able to recover a check for 350$ subtracting 50$ for the hours spent trying to start the truck with a blown motor. The check bounced. He did refund 350$ in cash. I don't know what happened to Young's. At one time our entire family and neighbors used them. We have now all moved on.
Car broke down on the other side of the highway across from Young's. Maybe 300ft away. Called to ask if they could tow my vehicle to their shop. The Operator replied "it depends" and was very rude. He said call back in the morning and talk to someone else about it. I said I am broke down on the side of the road, he just repeated the same line. Obviously didn't care. Will happily not recommended this business to anyone.
