I believe he gave me a very fair price for the work and did everything in his power within reason to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Ultimately he told me that he treats his customers as he would want his wife or daughter to be treated if they were broken down far from home. Mark knows his craft and has an ASE 12,000 mile/12 month warranty that is honored by mechanics across the country.

Honestly, I wish he was located near my home so i could trust my car to him the next time my baby needs service beyond my skillset.
Mark helped me back on the road when my car broke down during a cross country road trip. I know enough about cars to fix most things myself given time and a lot of research, and that kind of person can be really annoying to a professional mechanic. Mark had a lot of patience with me and talked me through the severity of what was wrong, he explained my options, and gave me time to make a decision.

Nice people, but I was beyond pissed when they told me it would be 45 for a diagnostic check, then if I decided to get it worked on that 45 would go towards the repair charge. They ended up charging me almost 100 for just checking it. To me, that's screwed up. Don't lie, and say one thing on the phone, then change it. Will not recommend them to anyone.
Paid over 500 to get my car "fixed" and now its ruined! Thank you so much for lying to us, because of you its either rebuild the entire motor or get a new car.
