I've been a customer of Panhandle Eurotech from practically day one... many years ago now... and wouldn't take my cars for service anywhere else! Integrity and professionalism are keys to their success. If there are any issues with a repair performed, it's quickly addressed and taken care of. Happy customers are repeat customers. And don't left the name fool you... while they are experts at foreign car services and repairs they are just as skilled with cars made in the good old USA! In fact many of the higher profile dealers in town have them service and repair used high end cars prior to resale... something their own service departments can't handle!

THEN they gave me the bill, $1600 to replace a water pump and thermometer. A quick google search shows a water pump and thermometer replacement with labor should cost between 600-900 for pump and 200-350 for thermostat if you billed separately, so they were nearly 400 over the high end of what it should cost. I called and complained and I got the whole "this isn't comparing apples to apples" line, when it was exactly the same thing. When i got the itemized bill they charged higher than the highest quotes for the parts (water pump and thermometer) and charged nearly double for labor, AND didn't take off the diagnostic charge (any decent mechanic removes the diagnostic fee if you use them for the repairs). At this point i would have taken it else where if I had another vehicle and time.

I received the absolute worst quality of work from Panhandle Eurotech. Here’s my story:

Everyone looks for that perfect auto repair shop. No up sell. Repair what's needed, forecasts what's coming up. Friendly, easy to talk to. If that's the kind of shop your looking for....this is it.

THEN to add insult to injury less than a week later a hose clamp comes off and I'm spewing coolant all over my garage. When I take it back to eurotech they say it's coincidence but they'll pay to replace the clamp. I actually had been driving a truck to work (took them so long I had to find another vehicle to get to work) and the car literally popped off the clamp the first time I drove it.WHAAAAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME after all that instead owning up to the mistake blaming it on coincidence and making it seem like you're doing me a favor by fixing the clamp?

I brought in my 2011 BMW 3-Series after debris on the road punctured my oil pan. It took nearly 2 and a half weeks for them to put on a splash shield and replace a oil pan. After picking up my vehicle from Panhandle Eurotech(the first time) it wasn’t 15 miles until their “quality work” was presented; the splash shield was improperly connected underneath and caused it to drag viciously. Additionally, when replacing my oil pan they forgot to place a seal this caused a vacuum seal leak( turning my check engine light on) making it undrivable. This was on a Friday so again I was left with out a vehicle. I called immediatley to bring it to their attention. After speaking with Chris he gracefully apologized for the poor quality of work I had received and agreed to have it towed back to their shop to fix their mistake. I had to wait till Monday before any work on my car could start since they are closed weekends. It wasn’t until Wednesday when Chris called me to tell me my vehicle was ready to pick up. I wish this experience ended there but unfortunately it wasn’t. Oil pan issue was resolved thankfully. Splash shield was bolted on to a broken splitter underneath. This splitter was obviously coming off very soon. Which I know for a fact they were aware of (Apparently Chris was not aware. Shows lack of communication within their shop) because I had personally spoken with kelly an assistant about replacing that splitter with another one on multiple occasions. She helped search for a new splitter. After taking off the broken splitter unaware that they used it for bolting the splash shield; a slight bump displaced it from its position, again causing it to drag and break off. I came to speak with Chris again. Extremely frustrated from this experience with his shops quality of work I presented to him the issue that occurred and mentioned to him what I thought about his employees poor quality work. His simple answer was “ we’ll take it off but we are not replacing the shield.” I said ok fine, but thought he should be aware that a poor review was in the near future for his shop. He responded with “ you can take it off yourself then” and walked back off into the building.

I'm not the kind of person to typically leave negative reviews and try to see the positive side of any business but I had the absolute worst experience with this mechanic. Im leaving 3 stars instead of 1 because I actually feel bad smearing a local business but I will not be returning to eurotech for my car or my business. If I say anything good worth the 3 stars, they were all very nice people.

I will only have my cars serviced at Euro Tech.

I took my bmw 328i in because during a flood the under side of my car got ripped to shreds and I hit a curb, totalling my tie rod (I think that's what's called). Anyway lots of work required as the car steering wheel had to be turned nearly all the way to the right to drive straight. Good service, good pricing and when I took it back to them concerned over a noise I thought was related to their work, they reinspected it and advised me what the problem was without a second charge. I would recommend to anyone who has a luxury vehicle that they need help with.

I am extremely disappointed in Panhandle Eurotech after this experience and would suggest people look elsewhere for future work to be done on their vehicles.

To the bad, I had a coolant leak in my BMW, told them it was my only vehicle and I'd be ubering to work until it was fixed. IT TOOK THEM 4 days to find the leak (it was in the pump, even someone with out car knowledge knows first you check the radiator for holes then the water pump). It should literally only take an hour or two to find a coolant leak. If they were too busy and just waited 4 days to look at my car then they should have told me to take it else where especially when I told them it was my only vehicle and only mode of transportation.
