We were traveling through West Texas when we had a blown out tire. We had an emergency repair but needed to replace the tire. After calling around in Childress and Amarillo and learning even Subaru didn't have a replacement, we located one in Amarillo, called and the manager, Chase, was extremely helpful and took care of us as soon as we arrived so we could be on our way. Very grateful for his prompt attention and the shop's getting the work done so quickly. Five stars to this place!
We were driving through town in our rental car from Hertz. The car they gave us needed an oil change. We stopped at Firestone. Not only did they help us out immediately the manager went above and beyond by contacting Hertz directly to prevent any further inconvenience to us. Such a nice group of guys. So thankful they helped out.
It's very rare to find a repair place that is honest and transparent in their day to day business. I was so impressed in their integrity that I decided to apply to work there!
They got my vehicle in on a sunday to do a complete brake job and it was done in a very timely manner. Awesome people working there and they know what they are doing. They do not try to "fix" any unnecessary problems they happen to make up.
Michael Madison is the reason that i will be a return customer at this location for life. It is very rare these days to find someone with decent customer service skills. It is extremely rare to find someone that goes over and beyond expectations. Michael is that person! I will make sure that everyone i know or meet goes to this Firestone and asks for him personally. The rest of the staff there is amazing as well. I highly recommend this location! Thanks again for everything guys.
