I was greeted as I drove in. Then asked a few questions to help. The service was just as Awesome inside as the guys outside!! They went above and beyond! Thanks for all your Help!! Definitely recommend... This is The Tire Place!!
Wonderful service. On the road for vacation. Ran over roofing nail. Had spare but the rim it was on took special lug nuts. They took tire off extra rim , put tire on old rim, all free of charge!! Fast service too! only 1 hour. And they where busy , worked all that in , NO CHARGE!! Great people.
I just want to say they are awesome. Helped my cousin out when she really needed it is all I got to say. 5-star on my part.
I just have to brag on this company and this store. My mom had a flat on her tire, Walter took the tire off the car and took it to this store for repair. They couldn't find out what caused the flat but they replaced the valve stem and aired it up and sent him on his way home. Didn't charge her a penny!!! We have bought several sets of tires from them but not the set that she has on her car now. They didn't have to fix it for free but they did!! How often do you find this kind of customer service and kindness from a business these days?? Thanks Discount Tire!!!
