New branch management is horrible it feels like being serviced by robots, use to very welcoming.
Tried to open an account and the young lady at the front desk in the lobby had no idea what she was doing . They really need to train better.
Worst customer service ever ! ! I don't bank here but I went in a couple weeks ago for my co-worker to deposit a check and the the teller that was in the middle that helped made it seem like I was intruding on her time. Went back just recently and it seems like people are just reading off of a paper .
