I have been a customer of First United for more than 10 years now. Scott and Keisha at the First United Parkway branch are fantastic. I have never had any issue with them. Scott Bentley has been my personal banker for a very long time and takes great care of me. He is also the president of the bank. I think it is very special and rare to have the president of a bank care about his customers the way he does. I have bought several cars and a couple properties with their help. They are very helpful and understanding. I have lived in Denver and am now in San Antonio and I continue to bank with them even though it can be a bit inconvenient some times since I am not in Amarillo. I really feel like they care about me and value me as a customer. As long as Scott and Keisha are there they will continue to have the bulk of my banking business. I HIGHLY recommend First United. Great Bank, great customer service. BEST BANK AND BANK STAFF EVER!!!
