The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. They really care about me a lot. They take care of my needs. They take care of my money. There's no way I would bank without them. They're my go-to bank. Plus, they are open on Sunday's for 4 hours. No other banks are open on Sunday's. I would have it no other way. They are stuck with me for life! :)
Worst service I ever experienced, every time I make a deposit it's always a issue or systems are always down. Well damn if the system or whatever is down that much just shut the whole damn bank down. Makes no since I do a deposit and it's never there. This branch suck ass.
So I have had an account there for about 30 days. Twice now I have deposited funds into the checking account and twice there weren't in the account! Not after 24 hrs not after 4 days.... I had to go back into the bank with my deposit receipt to have the funds show up in my account not to mention the temporary debit card they give you when you open the account hasn't worked sence I got it and activated it. Only after I brought the new card in that I got in the mail back to the bank and had them activate it did I have a working debit card. Oh and with the temporary card the first time, the teller supposedly helped me activate it. Saying "in the first 24 hrs your debit side of the card won't work, but the credit side will." It didn't work at all.... So anyway I've never had anyone be rude with me but rude or not when I deposit money into the account I expect it to show up in my account in the next 48 hours like any other bank. Thankfully this bank isn't the only bank I use otherwise I would have been in trouble with bills... But needless to say I won't be keeping this account open, I don't want to find out what will happen next.
Not good bank I going to closed my account because charging money to get a copy of deposits July 2016
I have always had excellent service.I don't why the bad reviews had bad service. They have always helped my family and I correct wrongs etc. I've been with them over 5 years. And never had a problem that wasn't corrected right away...
