Waited in drive thru for a while. I cashed my check and wanted to depoist some of the money. I was told i had to go thru drive thru atm. How stupid is that?

Went to use self standing ATM in a convenience store, before I could enter my pin it said "For your security we are retaining this card". It will take 4 to 5 business days for a new one. What until then?

Worst BOA I have been to in my travels all ove the US for work. Theres always some kind of problem here at this locatiom for some reason. Today I went in to cash a check and make a large deposit into my account... the teller cashed my check and told me to go to the ATM in the drive thru to make my deposit! I asked why couldnt she just make the deposit and she said she couldnt! I am furious...
