First United Bank has helped Cal Farley's Boys Ranch Alumni Association for nine consecutive years with donations. Their generosity and faithful support has allowed us to assist families in crisis situations and help send students to college. No business has been as consistently faithful in supporting the good work we do.
First United Bank has screwed me and my wife out of alot of money. As of right now my wife got paid Wednesday night, I got paid Thursday night. Our online account says she got paid twice and I havent been paid at all, aside from that huge mistake we supposedly have about $100 in our account. And to make things more confusing the online statements say that we went negative down to -$400 and that is not possible as we both watch our money closely and not once went in the negative last month. Their customer service is very rude espically at the Soncy branch...specifically one of the women sitting at the desk in the center when you walk in, she is extremely rude and treats customers as if she has beter things to do with her time. Aside from that a while back I ordered an item online and was accidentally double charged, the website wanted to return the money(about $150) but stated that the bank could get me a refund quicker, and First United said it would cost me a $50 research fee to get the money back!!! The women at the website said she has never had to deal with such a horrible bank before. So eventually the website refunded me the money. If I were you I would stay as far away from this bank as possible, they will screw you out of your money and then try to charge you fees for everything. My wife and I are currently looking for another bank.
