Sadly, I give this store only 2 stars. I found this store to be incredibly aggravating in every aspect possible. First, there was no way to easily understand how the store is laid out. It's impossible to discern men's shoes from ladies, and so on. The store is massive, so it requires lot's of digging and hunting to find a shoe. To make things worse, when you find a a shoe you like, it's nearly impossible to tell where to find the retail box. When you do find the box, only one shoe is enclosed. You are required to find a store employee to gather the pairing shoe so you'll have an actual pair. I guess they only keep 1 in the floor inventory to prevent theft. I understand the importance of curtailing theft, but this method is maddening and impractical. If you're incredibly patient, this store may be a good option for you. For most, however, I would recommend going to one of the many other stores where help is available and things are organized properly. You may save money at this store, but you have to ask yourself, "is it really worth it?" My answer is no. My recommendation: find another retailer.
