Good selection of quality, name brand shoes. Very knowledgeable customer service.
This store, locally owned by George, has a decent selection of moderately priced shoes. When I needed to exchange a pair because they rubbed my foot uncomfortably, I was given a really hard time. The shoes had not been worn outside. George took them back and let me exchange them for another pair, but he complained about it the whole time.
The store needs a face lift in the biggest way. The lighting is terrible and the decor is dated. It's not a discount shoe store, but it looks like one. The sales staff doesn't understand the difference between hovering and good customer service. I want to support local shops, but they've got to reinvest in their business.
