The store is always clean and the staff is always super friendly, helpful and overall amazing.
I generally buy kids clothes from Osh Kosh online and if there is no free shipping promo I have them shipped to store and pick up. Ship to store is an awesome perk if you don't want to pay shipping, it does take a little longer than ship to home.
I just wished they had a bigger selection in store so I did not have to order online so often.
