Don't bother. It's ugly, crowded, and it has been recently sold to an incompetent that didn't bother to check it out beforehand. He is unwilling to make the investments it needs to improve the quality and is raising the rent rapidly and far beyond the value of the dinky lot, sewer-hole, garden hose, pair of outlets and on-the-street parking usually stolen by neighbors that are all any tenant of this glorified landfill receives. Also the roads are full of potholes and excessively sized speed-bumps that rapidly destroy the shock absorbers on any vehicle that comes through on a regular basis, however slowly.
