We had a large grassy area right outside our door. If you have pets they'll love the room to run and jump and play. We may stop here again on the return trip.

Fees are different for everybody. We were looking for a seasonal campground and found this location but we were quoted $425 for the month and there were some permanent residents at this place who told us they only pay $375. After we found out, we asked the owners/managers/office people about it and they didn't have an explanation for it so we found another nicer and less expensive RV Park with more amenities. Not sure these folks know how to run a business or know much about customer service. Nothing but gravel lots and a shower --and some guy working there who is always on the riding mower even when there's nothing to mow! Lots of junk in the park too: old hot tubs and construction debris. Hope kids don't get hurt back there. It's a mess in the back of the park.

The lady cleaning the bathroom was nicer than the lady in the front office with an attitude. Would recommend some better people skills to paying customers for the person that does face to face contact.
