This Sonic is the worst that I have ever been to. My cousin, brother, and myself, my wife and my daughter went here. There were three orders and the guy told us that my cousin couldn't use his coupon because there were three orders. He argued the fact that there were three different payment methods and basically said that my cousin, who is disabled, he has no legs, are the same entity. We are two different people. He is not me and I am not him. This is on top of the fact that literally every time I have ordered a coney for my wife at this Sonic they have excluded it from the order and left it on the counter. We have to wait for them, normally ten minutes, to go get the coney off the counter. They offer us a free meal coupon for the mishap. But... "We have to use it within 24 hours". This Sonic needs new management.
