This was literally the worst experience I have EVER had with a resturant.
Friendly people, food was very good.
Cheesesteak sandwich the man at the end of the line didn't seem to care about what we wanted on our sandwich I said no lettuce after he asked me 3 times then proceeded to put lettuce on my sandwich he wasn't aware our order was to go in the process of him putting our large sandwich in the box he flipped the 2 halves inside out and just threw the dropped toppings on top of the mess he created I love the food here I am just unhappy with my experience the same man was working the last time I came and had the same issues. We came at about 3:00 pm on 5/7/17 order number #58
I like that you can see them prepare your meal. It's fresh and tasty.
The employees were unprofessional, the food was subpar at best, my order was wrong as was everyone else's at my table.
2 stars only because the fries were good we went and order a regular philly
