Sweet tea is my favorite. I'm so sad that y'all got rid of the mashed potatoes. Everything is still delicious.
Ordered head of time, was told it would take 10-15 min. Got there 20 min later and they didn't even have my order. Then the guy said "Oh we just got your order in..." that was 25 min after I had called in. So then they had to make it right then, which was fine. Until I was waiting another 20 min and still didn't have my order. Turns out they reput my order as a pickup instead of changing to a togo order. So when I got my food it was partially cold because it sat for 20 min on the shelf. All meanwhile the manager was folding up boxes instead of wondering why I was sitting, waiting for my order for 20 min.... just sad
Good food, clean lobby, and friendly employees. My only complaint is how they train new employees. This poor new girl that took our order (for three people) took about ten minutes to punch it in. It wasn't even a complicated order. Then she proceeded to ask us if kids meals come with a drink. I have no clue! I'm a customer not an employee! But it is okay, I've been the "new guy" before who was just thrown to the wolves without proper training. I actually feel bad for the girl.
The girls working tonight were awesome! Amarillo I40 location 11-9-17 6pm. They were all in good spirits, interactive, we laughed and had fun and l love that. Best people I have encountered in awhile! Made my night as l head to work! Hope you tell them they rock!
My New Yorker sandwich was delicious and the cookies are just soft enough that I love them.
Food was great and quick, especially since there was 20 of us. Almost all of the staff was really nice, had one when we tried to help with the orders was snippy. Still a great place to stop
