Car rental counter is close to baggage claim and very convenient. Staff is friendly and quick at their job, as I did not have to wait and was given options on vehicles. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was super nice. Thanks for the great rental car experience!
My only beef with National is the fact they do not have a process to clean every car every time. I have seen it time and time again with my rentals from all over the nation where the inside of the vehicle is filthy, especially windows. In my opinion this is where National fails to meet the standard of other competitors. And it is the reason I give National a 4 star rating instead of 5.
I enjoy renting from National more than from the other companies primarily because I prefer to select my own vehicle. Over the years I have had very little issue with the rental process and have never had a mechanical issue with their fleet. Their billing process works well and most of their people are friendly.
National has been great to deal with. They make it very easy to get in to the car when you are flying and the emerald aisle at most of the bigger terminals is awesome. The only drawback is when flying to smaller airports, sometimes there is a lack of options for vehicles. Overall though they are a very accommodating company.
