Not really sure why I have the enterprise rewards since they don't really do anything!

Rented a SUV from enterprise, while traveling to my destination, a on coming truck through up a rock that cracked the windshield. Enterprise blamed me for the damage and charged me 285 dollars
I have used it before the staff was nice, I fly here for work this time I got a lady that didn't even say a word to me went and picked a car didn't even ask me if I want to purchase prepaid gas which I wanted to. Just processed the paperwork and didn't even tell me what car she gave me just gave me the keys and said to go to car number 10!!! I am part of their rewards club plus I get my car for corporate travel so in almost all other rentals they upgrade me.. I am switching to national they are way better very helpful and offer u services upfront.
The representative at the counter was very friendly and got me checked in quickly and efficiently. He also quite graciously provided me with an alternate car when the I discovered the original one appeared to not have had the interior cleaned adequately. A very custolevelmer focused representative and another positive experience with Enterprise. This is the norm for any of the Enterprise locations I have rented from and a big reason why I am a Platinum level customer.
I will never use Enterprise again.
