Good service. Very friendly here. They explained that even though they don't open until 8 am, there is someone there to check the car in and drive me to the terminal.
I have rented a car here multiple times with very little issues, however upon returning the car today........WOW!!!! These folks are so unprofessional. I have rented cars for business for over 7 years and have never had to deal with a situation like this. I rented a vehicle from this location on Thursday 04/20 so that my family could come visit from Amarillo and returned it 04/24. I did all the right things paid the extra fees to add a driver and so on. My family drove to come to visit and the vehicle was parked 100% of the time in covered parking. Upon bring back today my family was threated they would be legal action on me for hail damage that was not on the car......I have pictures that show no hail damage. They had two employees standing in front of our personal car with their foot on the front bumper basically trying to hold my family hostage if they would not sign some paperwork and accept responsibility when their was not any damage from hail to the vehicle. We had to threaten to call the police because they would not move from in front of my parents car. The employees finally moved after we threated we were calling the police. Basically this franchise of Budget was trying to bully us into signing paperwork that is not ethical from a business operating perspective. Budget needs to come to this location and read the reviews on this operating LLC that is damaging their brand. Do not threaten my family or myself with legal action! I am not the person that takes these threats lightly as this could revert into a class action against them.............just read the reviews that's all the proof you need. its obvious of the incredible lack of guest service, bullying, and disrespect of guest. New guest PLEASE stay away!! I will be renting from a competitor from now on and will report this LLC to the BBB & Texas Attorney General's Office for Business Ethics
I see a couple of negative reviews so I feel compelled to share my opinion. I have rented from this facility 20 or so times over the last three years and have always found everyone that works for Budget to be nice and helpful. One of the managers always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best it can be. Like one time I had left a computer in the car but didn't figure it out until I was in the security line. I called her and explained what happened and she dropped what she was doing to run the car back up to the departures entrance so that I could grab it. Service like that is hard to come by. Sorry to hear that others did not have such a positive experience. I recommend using them.
When I got in the guy working was very slow. Then when I came to return the vehicle he had typed in the beginning mileage wrong which caused me to have to wait for over 15 mins while the guy called the manager and they got it sorted out. This complex is also a bus ride away from the airport. The other vendors are better.
Everyone there went above and beyond to help me with a very difficult situation. Thank you especially Aaron and Art.
