I use to love this place and it seems like they went down hill lately. My husband and I went in for pedicures and to get my nails done and I was very unhappy with the way my nails turned out. I had to have them try to fix it but I just felt like no one cared; they just did the bare minimum and moved on. I spent a lot of money and would expect that someone at least act like they care. They came out crooked and uneven different lengths Iits only been 3 days and one is already lifting, I was just very unhappy. I will more than likely never go back.
Bo and Men are abosulelety amazing. My husband suffers from ingrown toenails. They know exactly how to dig them out without causing pain nor infection. The massage is a plus. Love this place with my cup of hot tea
I've been going here for 5 years. They are polite and attentive. they offer me refreshments while I'm getting my mani and pedis. I've never had any issues with their services and my nails lasts a long time. 10/10, would recommend.
I LOVE this place I will only ever go here. My sister and I went in 30 minutes before they closed and they still took over an hour on each of us. After that time this has been our go to place. They always make us feel important and and are extremely friendly and professional. Ty is amazing, and their work is just great, we always leave here extremely happy. I highly recommend. And that's coming from two sisters who have tried just about every nail salon in Amarillo!
My Sister, Cheryl, and I are regulars at Planet Nail. Being a former military wife I have lives in several areas of the country. Planet Nail has been, by far, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had! The work is always high quality. My nails not only look awesome; but if for some reason I can't make my regular appointment they LAST! The pedicures are to die for - sheer heaven!. The staff is the absolute BEST!
