Doors are locked, no one has been here?
-I called last week, leaving a message to please contact me. No return pho e calls.
Criminals. Yes I said the people thatare responsible for this space are criminals.
-Scheduled a couple's massage on Aug. 20th for the following Friday Aug. 27th.
Living Young Wellness Spa has zero concern on pleasing their customers.
-I've visited the business every day this week.
Basically, you're a criminal if you take my money, don't provide the agreed service & don't give me a refund.
-I was called on Aug. 31st, they told me "they were starting the refund process."
Here'so what happened to me:
-never received, paid in advance, massages.
Never, ever do any business with any associated with Loving Young Welines Spa nor the previous Spa that was in this location.
-the following Monday, Aug. 29th, came in to get a refund. I was told a manager would contact me immediately & get my refund started.
-at 11:45, 1 therapist there. We were told, "I don't know where the other therapist is."
-and here I sit 3 weeks later, Sept. 21st, with no refund.
I can not come up with one good thing about this business.
-it was a birthday gift surprise. They ruined the day for us.
These people conduct the worst business practices.
-Showed up a few minutes early for a 11am appointment.
-continued to wait, received a pedicure while we waited, thanks but I scheduled & paid for a couples massage.
