Taylor is one of the best roofers in all of the area and he and his crew are just great to work with. Very quick to respond to all our questions and highest quality work in the industry. I recommend them to anyone for all of your roofing and repair needs.
I would recommend Roof Smith to anybody look for a quality job for a low price. They work with you fairly on pricing, and their crew is the best I've ever seen, even working as a roofer myself for years. They are clean, respectful, clean up any trash, and are fast and accurate. I wouldn't have anybody else roof my property again, especially after I found out how lousy the last roofers were. I won't mention names, but they did a terrible job and caused a lot of problems for the guys from Roof Smith but the didn't complain and fixed the issues without compromise. The office staff is just as good and helpful and if there's any problems they will immediately address them. I wouldn't recommend anybody else in the panhandle of Texas before Roof Smith, they are amazing. Thank you guys!
We called about water leaking in around our chimney when it was raining. Taylor came out the next morning, figured out the problem, and had Dave (I think that was his name) come out within a few hours and fix the problem. Customer service was excellent! I really appreciate them not trying to sell us a million things and upgrades while they were here. They’re honest people who do good work. Definitely recommend and will be calling them when we need our next roof.
