Horrible! My husband took my car to Tracy's to have it detailed. It looked great on the outside. That was on a Friday March 17. I drove it directly home and didn't drive it again until Sunday morning and it starts to cut out and back fire. We take it to our mechanic Monday morning and low and behold the motor was not dried properly and water had dripped on the spark plugs! When our mechanic took them out water was dripping from them! My husband spoke with Tracy on Monday and he promised to cover the cost on Friday (today March 24) after 2:00 p.m. My husband goes by there and Tracy tells him he doesn't believe he caused the damage. Tracy went back on his word and didn't pay for the damage his business caused (almost $700)! And my check engine light is still on and we may have to have more work done because one of his workers didn't dry the motor properly.He goes on to tell my husband that's why he doesn't like dealing with black customers because of stuff like this. Well Tracy you won't have to worry about our business again. Very dissatisfied customer because my car was running fine before my husband brought it to you.
