Fun place for the kids to wear themselves out. A nice skywalk area for parents to watch from. Tuesdays and Thursdays are better days for pricing. Bump down 1 star for not having water fountains and making you buy bottled water.
Don't leave anything around when you are jumping. They have cameras and had the kid on camera stealing my kids stuff. I filed a report even went to their offices so we could look at the video. They promised they would save and give to the cops. They didn't save it, they wasted my time and the detectives time. I called many times about this and spoke with the same person. My sons items were stolen February 2017 , the detective didn't get to them til April, and was told sorry we don't have any info anymore. They had the kid on VIDEO and promised me that he and his family would be Banned for life. REALLY...... So yes they have cameras just not really sure why. Poor service thanks for wasting our time. Don't promise what you cant honor
Wonderful place for kids (and adults with kids) to have some fun. It is a bit pricey and time is limited compared to similar attractions. AirU offers discounts and ways to save money if you plan on going more than once. Another positive aspect is the staff supervision, they monitor each area of the indoor trampoline park to insure safety.
Since I am a gymnast, I prefer to go to a trampoline park with a tumble track, large/bouncy trampolines, and a much larger foam pit. When I went to this park, I asked the staff if I could do a front flip into the foam pit and they said I couldn't. I thought to myself, "What? Isn't that what a foam pit is for?" Although I'm not very pleased with the trampolines, I will say that the place is very clean and modern. My sister really enjoyed the "American Ninja Warrior" obstacle course, however, I was just focused on trying to find a place to tumble. They have a large floor that you can tumble on, however, it's very hard and not good for beginners. Not to mention the prices are quite high for what you're getting. Overall, I'd say that this facility is a good place for little kids to go, not serious gymnasts.
In 13 years of trying to find a place to have my children's parties at, AIR U, by far , was the most efficient, organized and stress free experience I have ever had!! My child had the pleasure of seeing a side of his parents that he never has at his parties.. Us not running around like crazy trying to take care of it all! I was able to completely enjoy him on his day and be with him because the attendants a AIR U were the best!! Profound!! Thank you for a fun and memorable and stress free party!!
