My car over heated a couple weeks ago on the freeway. Ricky pulled up right behind us right my car stopped and helped us when he saw my brother and I pushing the car. He's awesome, helpful and nice, and I recommend working with him and the Ricky's Towing company again. Thank you Ricky!
We waited for almost three hours for the tow. I understand being busy but the lady answering the phones was very short with me multiple times. Then the driver did no give us a receipt. I had to call and was expected to drive to pick it up when the driver had just left. Made arrangements for them to email me the receipt and still have not gotten it. I would not recommend them.
We live in LA and my daughter was in an accident in Amarillo visiting family. I called around and Ricky's Towing gave me great advice over the phone and were the most affordable towing my daughter's car all the way! They arrived when they said they would and took great care of my daughter and her car! Absolutely excellent customer service and honest and professional.
Ricky was available on short notice, showed up on time, handled the tow with ease, and drove out of his way to drop me off. The fee was reasonable and the service was excellent. He helped make a difficult situation much easier. Would absolutely recommend..
