We had taken our German shepherd here to be furminated, nails trimmed and glands expressed. When we received her back she had clumps of hair coming out and the shedding was atrocious. I can say with all confidence our dog was not brushed properly and deshedded the way the service is supposed to be done. Needless to say we've never been back and never will. It was just a glorified bath that left us with even more of a mess. And unfortunately I tipped a ridiculous amount before realizing her coat was so jacked up.
This is probably the best in Amarillo for cats and I will probably keep using them, but they are not especially friendly. The girl that waited on us was barely communicative and never smiled. We were charged for an extra day. Our cat has special needs that the staff said they would take care of, they did, kind of. We left a t shirt with our smell on it for our cat's cage, it appeared to be left in the sack we brought and never put in the cat's area.
