Le Chateau always exceeds my expectations. The entire staff is efficient and professional. Their top concern is safety and comfort for my dachshund and my frenchie. My frenchie is dog aggressive and they always go the extra mile to especially accommodate his needs. I enjoy that I am allowed to access their play cams on my phone so when I'm out of town I can watch them. It is extremely important to me that they take the safety of my fur kids into top consideration. Don't take your babies anywhere else, Le Chateau is THE ABSOLUTE BEST in Amarillo, guaranteed.

My two fur babies, Lucy and Baby, absolutely love it here! They can't get out of the car and inside fast enough! I was concerned because I would be away for an extended time, but watching them on live video put my mind at ease. I can definitely tell they are having so much fun! I cannot emphasize how much fun they have here and I will not take my fur babies anywhere else! They love coming to daycare as well! Other places wanted to charge extra for playtime because they were staying and not just for daycare.. but it is included here, WHICH it should be! Plus they have their own "suite" with a good sized yard. So they are not just in a cage. Highly recommend Le Chateau! If you're anything like me, your pets are family!
Best pet resort ever. Your pet won't be cooped up in a box while your gone like most kennels. They pamper and entertain them.
