She doesn't keep her appointment's and it's hard to get ahold of her, not because she is busy but because she is never at the shop! Me and my dog waited for 20 minutes for her to show and she never did. Plus we were the only ones booked for that day!!! I would rather drive the extra miles for my dog to get groomed
