Tiny liquor store with an excellent beer selection. They stay on top of the seasonals and one-offs. Single bottles/cans for mixed six packs too.

Small store but good selection of my favorites: rye whiskeys & craft beers (and probably also other things I don't pay attention to). The owner is also very friendly, attentive, & has good recommendations.
