We stopped into this place while visiting from out of town and got a Surgeon pizza to-go since we were tired from hiking all day. It was not that great. It was overly salty, super greasy and the crust was a soggy mess. I have not eaten other pizza in Amarillo so I have nothing to compare it to. As far as artisan pizza I’ve had in other cities, it’s mediocre to borderline disgusting. We had leftovers and we threw them away.
We just got pizza and beer here and let me tell you, it was fabulous! The ingredients were all fresh, the crust was light and flaky. And the service was genuinely friendly and attentive. I wish we lived in Amarillo - we wouldn't have to keep searching for the perfect pizza.
Best pizzeria I've been to in years, amazing staff, delicious food and great craft beers for the connoisseur... But seriously the pizza is on another level! Great place!
I had posted a review to Facebook but someone keeps flagging it for removal. This place wants to inflate their reviews on all the platforms that they can. They originally got a 3-star but I’m now giving them 1-star for this behavior. Note: I HAVE EATEN HERE! Again, I ATE HERE ON 11/11/17.
Yes! This place is awesome. Ignore people who say their pizza was burned on top, the crispy pepperoni adds so much to the pizza that any other way wouldn't be nearly as good. It's just as good the next day.
After reading the reviews, we had to give it a try. Great choice! Pizza was amazing and unlike anything you get at the big chains. The ingredients tasted fresh and they were generous with the toppings. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy dinner in our hotel room and really made it a great experience!
