Love This Laundromat So Far.
Massive washer and dryers and the wait time is half what I would see at any other laundromat!!! My experience so far has been amazing! I am very happy with the customer service as well. The lady working today was very helpful in acknowledging me of the size of the washers!!! I got 15 loads done in less than 5 washers!!! My washer went out and had to go somewhere. Very happy that I decided on this place!!!
As A Bonus The Whole Building Does Not Smell Of Anything Bad. And Their Staffs Are Friendly: EXCEPT....They Don't Speak English That Well. Why Hire Someone Who's Friendly Who Don't Speak/Understand English?!?!? This Is America, Not Everyone Grows Up To Know Spanish. Come On Now, It's Not Fair With Communication Between Us All.
This Place Is Clean: Their Floors, Their Machines, Their Restrooms, Their Sitting Areas, Even Their Parking Lot
The customer service was great. Prices were good. One potential downside- you have to purchase a fill-up card for $1, that you then fill up with credit. I was traveling though and didn't need $10 of credit, but $5 wasn't enough. I would deduct a star, but the lady working went so far above and beyond in assisting me and others, that it cancelled out the negative. Also, clean inside, and free WiFi
They Take Card To Do Laundry (not coins) So Always Keep Your Tornado Card Close Once You Purchase One (you can always keep using the same card all the time, just keep adding more money into it). If You Don't Have Paper Money To Put Into Your Tornado Card...It Can Take Credit Card (so you're all good one way or another).
Cleanest laundromat I've ever been in! Awesome, helpful staff! And wifi to boot.
I love that I always see the attendants cleaning here. I know my clothes are not going to come out dirty because the washers are super clean.
