Fast dry cleaning at a good price. They also very good at alterations. They charge less if you go to the door in the middle. Seriously.
Let's start with I used Connie's in the past for alterations and had had a positive experience. So when it came to alterations for my wedding, I went back. The day I dropped off my husband's suit, my dress and the sweater for my wedding, there was a couple at the counter complaining to the cashier about how Connie's had lost their dry cleaning. RED FLAG. I watched that and thought, "Oh no, it'll be ok. They've done a good before." NOPE. I'm telling you, if you're reading this, listen to my gut since I clearly failed to.

So. There you go. Do not take anything important to Connie. She will screw you over and then refuse to make it right.
They lost my clothes and they tried to be helpful, tried.
I got a text to pick up my dry cleaning. I did. My husband checked the bundle before we left town. He checked it against the ticket. Everything was there. We left town. It wasn't until we got to our destination. The night before our wedding. That I found out that the sweater WAS NOT IN THE BUNDLE!!!! Not good.
So I left my stuff with them. I wish I hadn't.
I’m a police officer, and needed my uniform altered a bit. They did great with the alternation and dry clean, they are very professional and I’m so pleased with their services! Highly Recommended!!
I had to go to the back and find my own clothes & they barely offered an apology; let alone a discount. They did a decent job with the dry cleaning though & their alterations a pretty good too.
I will never go back.
I calmly explained the situation to Connie. I was very restrained. I asked that she comp the cost of the tailoring (not the dry cleaning that we had already gotten). I explained that her businesses failed to notify me that the tailoring was done. And had failed to notify me that the dry cleaning and tailoring would be separate text message notifications.
This is where it gets rich. When I asked Connie to comp the transaction, Connie turned her back on me and walked away. The cashier then asked Connie if they could comp me. Connie then said I was "not grateful for the hard work" that went into the tailoring.... she hemmed the sleeves. She did not move Heaven and Earth. She did a five minute job at most. She also told me I was asking for "blood money". Really. I can't. Blood money? So rude. It was clear at this point she was going to be stubborn and I did not want to fight with her. I paid. She then said as I walked out that it wouldn't happen next time.... I told her I would not be back and that this was bad business. I am not a customer who thinks the customer is always right. But I do expect a business owner to take responsibility when they mess up and Connie refused to when given the chance to make this right.
Do not go here. Seriously. Don't go here. I'm not one to write negative reviews. I've worked in retail and know not every experience with a business will be a positive one. But what Connie (the manager/owner) did today is unacceptable and I want others to know about her behavior so that they do not entrust her with anything they value.
Fast forward to today. I went to go retrieve my sweater that I was SUPPOSED to wear on my wedding day.
