Nice folks and my dogs were invited in while I did laundry. I've been using this Laundromat for years and if I need one in the future I'll be visiting them again.
Awful, awful place. The people that work there are very rude and I have heard them cuss at customers. I've also seen roaches there crawling on the walls and kids often running around. The people there always seem to be smoking right outside the entrance. So you walk out with your clean clothes just to pass through cigarette smoke. Very gross. That place and those people seem to not mind losing customers and so don't treat them well. DON'T USE THIS LAUNDRY. I only gave them one star because I had to but in reality, they really deserve 0 stars.
have used this place 2 times for their full service laundry service( I am having my house added on to and have no laundry room. The first time i used them I forgot to check my pockets before leaving my laundry with them.( I am really bad about putting cash in my back pockets and then washing my jeans.... Nothing was said about finding any money in my pockets. The next time i used them i planted a $20.00 bill in the pocket of my jeans along with 2 bowling cards and Itook a picture of the pants exposing the $20.00 bill in my pocket and showing it taken in front of this laundry. When I returned to get my laundry I checked the pockets to see if the money was there and it was gone.(although the 2 bowling cards were returned to me that was also left in the pockets) I asked the attendant what their policy was on finding money in pockets and she stated "well we usually return it" She promised to see if it got caught in the filter and call me the next morning. I never got a call from her...that evening I called them again and the person I spoke to promised to call the owner and return a call to me to let me know what was going on....I am still waiting..... I would never use this place again and plan on filing a police report plus a complaint with the BBB.
