I shop at Dillard's all year when early in the year I asked if there was a military discount. I was informed only on veterans Day so when I went in on veterans Day they said no military discount so I asked why I was told that there was and got no reply. I went ahead and purchased what I wanted just don't like being lied to. Chances of me returning to Dillard's is slim to none
Took my girlfriend to Dillard's and Taylor in tr shoe department when above and betond to help her get ready for a banquet next week. Go see Taylor hes a good dude.
At the Clinique counter I asked this lady if she can speak Spanish. She asked me if I could speak Bangladesh, I said no. She replied I can't speak Spanish. Sorry to offend but she didn't even know what a Hispanic person was! Very RUDE and poor customer service. Fire this woman asap!!!!
Dillard's has got to be the stingiest store that I know. I signed up for a Dillard's card. They sent me rewards in the mail. Every single time that I go into the store to use them the entire management team comes to the register and treats me like a thief. Then if I have to return or exchange something I loose my reward. Keep in mind for every thousand dollars you charge they send you a measly ten dollars. If those rewards expired there is no such thing as a cancel and reissue of rewards. When I have questions about the reward the store says call the card. Call the card company they say call the store. Rewards are not through them. They offer a totally Lame and useless card. You're be better off with a Gap card. They know how to treat customers.
When I bought shoes for my wife, they said there would be no problems with returns if she didn't like them; but when I tried to return them the saleslady said they couldn't take returns. I had to get the department manager involved and it turned out that the sales lady just didn't want to lose her commission. Its Zappos for now on.
