Short of JLE in Sumner, WA this is the worst was I have ever paid for. Asked them if I could drop trailer and pull ahead a little to was frame rails. That will be 15$ he said... Then I told them to let me start it and wash soot off. Nope just spent 30min washing it off myself. Will never go here again...
Total TRASH.... 3 guys washing... Ridiculous to say the least. I've been sitting here over one hour waiting for one truck. The employees are extremely lazy and slow.... please read other reviews before you waste your time at this beacon. I wasted a long time here now I am just going to drive through and leave without a wash I cannot wait two hours for a wash... TOTAL JOKE
Really couldn’t have asked for better service. I was initially skeptical about coming to this location due to all the bad reviews, but I’m glad that I did. The staff was very professional and attentive to anything I needed or pointed out to them.
Worst wash I've ever had!!! Even went back twice!!! I'm a company driver I don't have the cash flow like alot of the other drivers have!! I would have been better off just letting the little guy at the truck terminal just put a water hose on it and keep going! Ya know my company pays for the wash but I always buy all the extra stuff!!! I'm going to talk to the owner and see if we can start going elsewhere!!!! This is nuts he's paying for a service that is this horrible!! Ya he only owns 400 trucks but I'm sure he don't like throwing money out the window on his new equipment!!!! Someone higher up with the beacon needs to check this place out!!!!
