Not satisfied at all. They tried to do what's easy for them not what I asked for. If the customer asked for a service that HE will pay for than do what he asked for. I must tell him 3-4 times that i want my truck to be brushed not the trailer and he just insists to wash it without brushing it. Well if you pay for it than you can wash it your way. I hope next time will be easier. If not thats ok. There are other places to wash it.
These guys did a great job on my dirty truck. There was like 10 of them that attacked my truck like ants. Well worth the $68 ! Quick and efficient!

Stay away from this place. They just trow water at the truck like trying to cool it down on a hot Texas summer. I had to tell them to go over the hood one more time because it was nasty. For some reason they washed the trailer multiple times when it wasn't as dirty as the truck. Rolled in on night shift and the truck looked good when wet and dark, next morning I saw dirt & grime on the trailer's bumper , chassis between cab and trailer and lower engine bay. Not going back there for sure.
