Horrible leaseing agent richard. He never took care of the property when things broke. We had to pay and repair holes in walls from break ins as well as when lighting and fan ent out..we had to replace it. Then when we moved out we washed baseborads walls and steamed clean carpets.. House was in excellent condition especially for living their for 2 years... And after 30 days he finally refunds our deposit..and deducts $240 for cleaning and carpets. Icalled and informed him i had pictures and witness of the house being cleaned and he didnt have much to say. Horrible business people. No concern for people just money.
