My grandmother goes through maxor to recieve her medication. She's both blind and deaf and very stubborn...lol. I would say all is well except of customer service. When you call in for assistance and you ask question they tend to get a bit aggitated and rude.
This company is terrible to work with. There have been nothing but problems trying to get prescriptions filled for my entire family. Every time we call there's excuses as to why something won't be covered, will be delayed, or needs further investigation. Most recently I was told by a representative that my prescription would be filled and shipped almost three-weeks ago. I called today to find out the status for them to tell me that it's not covered under the plan. They didn't attempt to call or otherwise contact me to say that these pills that I'm supposed to start taking tomorrow did not ship and they won't cover. Furthermore, the guy that called me back today called me ma'am twice (definitely not a female, nor do I have a high-pitched voice) and was downright rude. My wife's company just switched over to these people about a year ago and it's been nothing but problems ever since. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
