It was literally as if all the employees called in for the day and 3 random people filled in. Nobody had a clue what was going on.
I rented a U-Haul once and when I went to turn it in it was chaos, and although it wasn't their fault I'm giving two stars because the man that helped us In the end said that all of the going back and forth making all the calls and what not could have been avoided if the correct people would have helped.
Very helpfully staff and good rates. Vehicles and trailers are all very clean.
Staff is great, lot kid was literally running everywhere. Best boxes in town.
Don't bother making a reservation, and don't think you'll get assistance from anyone who cares to put their phone down long enough to do their job. This 1st and last visit was a total joke.
