I went here to rent a truck when I was losing my home due to qmb coming up my check unexpectedly right when I just got my house though I was not able to rent a truck I was in an emergency situation and though I was a little frantic and a little emotionally unstable they were very respectful polite and patient they also allowed me to sit there so that I could feel comfortable and safe until I was able to leave!
Stay away from this facility folks!! I requested a storage unit that was 10' x 10' but that isn't what I was given. I received 2 units that were 5' x 10' that made it very difficult to accommodate my large pieces of furniture for storage. I later requested to only rent 1 of the 5' x 10' units after moving the majority of my contents out but was told that I couldn't do that and was given a bogus explanation that it was a computer issue! At least 40% of the time the 24 hour access was down or broken and access could only be done during business hours!! Again, stay away from this facility folks!!!!
