Honestly thought this place was good, but the service here. I don’t know. Our waitress, she was okay, I guess. She did do us good. And we left her a pretty good tip, and she still circled the top part of the receipt, and wanted more. Had to leave her 20 because she didn’t accept the first one. Never going there again. Love the food. But ugh. Service tells more.

This was such a great experience! !!!! This or new favorite steak house. Each steak was seasoned perfectly, cooked just as requested. We all got our favorite cut, center loin, rib-eye, and New York step and the difference in texture for each was also wonderful. Better than salt grass out great American land and cattle. We will be back. (It was just as good in Albuquerque as it was in Amarillo
Zane made the tasty suggestion of adding buffalo sauce on the sandwich, which was on point.
What a great dinner. Interacted with Zane and Manny during my visit--both were wonderful! Ordered fried chicken sandwich with garlic parmesan fries. Both were hot, fresh and packed with appropriate flavors!! Garlic lovers rejoice in these fries!
For the price I expect more. Strip steak was ok, but it's pan fried not grilled. Only the 30.00 steaks are grilled. It was sitting in a bath of juice that should have been in the steak. Sweet potato was raw, replaced 3 times. Asparagus drowned in butter.
We were delighted to find a Longhorn during our stop in Amarillo. We lost one where we live. Interior was warm and inviting. We had a outstanding waitress who took excellent care of us. I got lamb chops and they were delicious and perfectly cooked. The only drawback was desert that neither of us cared for but other than that it was great!
