Horrible all the around!
Out of all my utility companies I pay (Xcel, Atmos and City Water) this is the worst.
Amarillo water company is terrible if you want to wait on the phone for an hour and a half and then someone hang up on you you should call or you could drive all the way down there and wait needless to say paying your bill is terrible they only accept a credit card or your bank account nothing else
Promise the water is going to be for 2 weeks and then not turning it on so my family and I get to go with out water. F*** this place
