I was rarely able to get ahold of someone because they were “experiencing such high call volume” EVERY time I called. Someone might call me back anywhere from 3 days to one week, and that’s IF they called me back. It took them 5 months to get my payment figured out and my address correct. I finally had to go down there because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It was a ridiculous experience. I think they definitely need to hire people that take pride in their work.
Took forever to talk to someone. First person didn't want to help so just so she put me back on hold. Next person hated her life and I just inconvenienced her that much more by asking questions. Get someone working there that knows how to talk to customers that I won't inconvenience with my need for water.
