My Mom hired her to represent her in her divorce. Not only did it take almost 3 years to divorce her cheating husband, but my mom didn't get good representation and we even believe she was working with opposing lawyer. That conclusion comes from my mom getting little to nothing on money from divorce, and definitely attention to case! I think you can find a better lawyer.
She is too busy with too many cases to focus on just one case for the time being. It’s been months since we went to court and I’ve yet to see a court order. Communicating with her is also hard. Sometimes she will respond via email, but you can call the office and she is never there and won’t return phone calls. I had a bad Experiance with her. I feel like she was helping the other person in my case. Mind you this was a custody and child support case. I feel like my case was neglected and she didn’t work for me. She worked against me.

I just called, Im ready to pay for a lawyer but had a few questions I wanted answered first so that I'm able to choose the right one for my case. I was told I need to pay 150 upfront to ask anything! I'm calling a couple of lawyers first before I make my decision. I want to know ratings ect. I asked the lady who answered and she almost seemed like she didn't know what I meant about her reviews with child support court. All she kept getting at was the $150. If only a few answers would have been given to me so I could feel confident and trusting in the person I am thinking about hiring. I would of gladly paid but it seemed the lady who answered the phone wasn't aware and didn't know or want to answer me at all. I understand you can't just get stuff for free but 3 questions maybe 4 just to give me an idea of what type of person she is shouldn't have to be charged. For this type of case we are putting not me but my children in someone else's hands and if they can't answer one question without $150 then it's about just money not taking the time to know and understand someones life and defend it. To me that makes it to where as long as your paid win or lose it doesn't matter. I'm not willing to take that risk.
